The Heights District, a 50-acre urban district, is situated at the center of the Tampa Bay metropolitan area. Positioned strategically on the northern side of the Hillsborough River, it resides within a mile of Downtown Tampa and Interstate 275 and is a mere five miles away from Tampa International Airport.
At present, The Heights District boasts a roster of 21 tenants, including Armature Works, and shows promising signs of ongoing growth and expansion. Among the recent additions are renowned establishments such as LaserAway and Sweetgreen, alongside cherished local gems like Rocca, an Italian restaurant that has been bestowed a coveted Michelin star. The Heights District encompasses a diverse range of offerings including The Pearl Apartments, The Heights Union office buildings, and Hyde House Heights coworking spaces, which can be found inside Armature Works across from M.Bird.
