With our Month of Wellness in full swing, it’s the perfect time to highlight all the ways you can thrive at Armature Works. Here’s a few features for this month, along with some highlights you can incorporate all year long:

1. Move your body at one of our fitness classes on the lawn

Every month we partner with your favorite local studios to host an array of outdoor workouts ranging from mindful yoga flows to high-energy circuit classes. This month our calendar is particularly jam-packed with fitness-focused classes to help you start the year off right, but make sure you’re in the know about our alway-rotating class schedule so you can stay active throughout the  year. 

2. Try an alcohol-free day or night out

Whether you’re giving dry January a try or just looking for a tasty beverage sans the possibility of a hangover, you can find your perfect alcohol-free cocktail at Armature Works. Bar AW now offers a list of curated mocktails — try the coco-jito, a zero-proof take on a coconut mojito. Or look for the Three Oaks Cocktails that Care mocktail of the month at M.Bird & Steelbach — a refreshing cucumber libation made with Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit.

3. Nourish yourself with a healthy meal

We have an assortment of healthy food offerings throughout AW: try one of the flavorful salad options at Steelbach, a nourishing bowl from Graze, fresh mediterranean fare from Kipos or veggielicious poké at Zukku to keep you feeling your best all month long. (And if a Bake’n Babe cookie or a juicy BnB burger is what makes you feel your best then don’t hold back! Balance is key to a healthy lifestyle 😉

4. Get in the zone and knock some items off your work to-do list

Need a change of scenery from the office to get those creative juices flowing? Work with us from the market where we have lots of inspiring flexible workspace, free wi-fi (for two hours, and only $5 for all day) and Buddy Brew coffee to keep you fueled.
