Gianco Companies, who has launched some of the biggest and most successful workspace concepts in the Tampa Bay Area like Hyde House Public Studio and Station House, is getting ready to open its newest workspace concept in the Heights District at Armature Works.
After waiting 5 years, Gianco Companies had an incredible opportunity to expand into the space that was previously the spot where Bay 3 Coworking originated. As a private membership club, it will offer office space, individual memberships and an additional premier event space to complement the existing event spaces available at Armature Works. This new space will showcase art from Public Studio, water view surroundings, comfortable seating, multiple conference rooms and spacious private offices.
Most of the renovations of the space will be complete by the end of March. Reservations for memberships and offices are filling up quickly with occupancy available as early as the beginning of April.
