Armature Works is happy to welcome our newest Heights Public Market food vendor, DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go. Always looking for ways to evolve and improve the guest experience, Armature Works proudly offers guests access to some of the region’s best, and most unique culinary concepts. Our newest vendor, DalMoros, is the world’s first fresh pasta to-go concept.
DalMoros’ menu features four kinds of fresh pasta made from scratch, seven homemade sauces, and nine topping options- made with only the freshest ingredients and free of preservatives or additives. Guests create their custom dish by selecting a fresh pasta, homemade sauce, and toppings of choice. Vegetarians and vegans will be pleased to see many options to select from on the menu. For dessert, DalMoros specializes in an alcohol-free homemade tiramisu.

Originating in Venice, Italy, DalMoros already operates a popular location in downtown St. Petersburg. DalMoros will be opening on Monday, Oct. 17 in celebration of National Pasta Day, offering Armature Works guests a perfect opportunity to celebrate.
