Tampa Heights development receives key approval

An $820 million mixed-use development on the Tampa Heights waterfront cleared a key hurdle on Tuesday. Port Tampa Bay unanimously approved “the permit to extend the Riverwalk and seawall from Waterworks Park to the North Boulevard Bridge and for construction of a 24-slip marina and water taxi slip,” developer Adam Harden, partner of SoHo Capital.
