Paying tribute to Southern hospitality, Steelbach is a Southern-inspired kitchen and chophouse offering innovative food paired with timeless flair. The restaurant partners with Florida’s top producers to raise and deliver Steelbach’s grass fed beef and to bring a variety of simple, fresh handpicked flavors to every dish. The beef is aged 4-7 weeks, trimmed and cut to order, then cooked over 1000-degree oak and mesquite open fire grille. Open seven days a week, Steelbach will serve its signature brunch on weekends as well as feature a whiskey bar and an outdoor patio that overlooks the Hillsborough River and Tampa’s skyline.
