Ava’s wood-fired pizza has been recognized as among the best in Tampa Bay. Chef Joshua Hernandez rolls dough daily and allows it to rise slowly over three days with natural sourdough starter. Using only the finest Italian flour and tomatoes plus Florida-made mozzarella creates a pizza with maximum flavor and texture, which then bakes to perfection in a wood-fired oven from the esteemed Acunto family in Naples, Italy.
