March Madness - HIIT + Yoga

Join us for a 75-minute format broken into a bodyweight-based cardio workout followed by a recovery-based yoga flow and meditation. Afterward, head inside Heights Public Market for brunch from one of our vendors or full-service restaurants.
- Class is held on our South Lawn, facing the Hillsborough River
- This event is free, and open to the public
- All skill levels welcome
- Space is first come, first served (early arrival strongly suggested)
Equipment: Please remember to bring your yoga mat, towel, and water bottle
