The Digital Media Manager is responsible for the full management of the various programs, initiatives and processes associated with all our website as set forth by the Chief Marketing Officer. The Digital Media Manager will manage all website updates, mobile app updates, content posts and other digital media related efforts. The primary goal for the Digital Media Manager is to execute and manage programs and initiatives that drive revenues, minimize expenses and protect the brand. The below responsibilities are related to all organizational brands including The Heights District, Armature Works and BE-1 Concepts. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following (in order of importance):
  • Responsible for performing day-to-day site content production and posts utilizing the site Content Management System (CMS) and third-party systems.
  • Responsible for the development and management of new websites
  • Assist with production of broadcast audio and video features and highlights
  • Oversee all digital media efforts including all website updates, calendars, events, etc.
  • Manage, budget and implement digital media programs and initiatives
  • Assist in the development of content creation in an effort to create more robust digital media platforms
  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact with various third party vendors
  • Coordinate efforts with Marketing Manager, Digital Media Manager and Social Media Manager in implementing strategies to grow and maintain all marketing databases
  • Investigate and implement innovative digital projects as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer such as Mobile Apps, Virtual Reality, Customer Service Chat Bots, Artificial Intelligence, etc.
  • Provide general office task assistance, including but not limited to, the creation of necessary calendars, recaps, reports, spreadsheets, creative requests, PTU’s, SOPs and purchase orders
  • Participate in the brainstorming sessions while providing leadership and guidance
  • Represent the organization professionally at all times
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years digital and/or social media marketing experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the operation of a website with a robust cms
  • Experience with interactive design and development software and markup including HTML and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of complex Web sites, cross-browser and platform compatibility
  • Prior restaurant, hospitality, sports, live events and/or venue experience preferred
  • Additional experience in editorial writing, photography, video production is desirable, but not required
  • Working knowledge of SEM/SEO, display & social advertising, digital radio, video pre-roll, etc.
  • Working knowledge in HTML
  • Working knowledge of different website and email CMS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented environments
