The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of the various programs, initiatives and processes set forth by the Chief Marketing Officer. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the efforts and execution for all email marketing, digital & social advertising, sms text message marketing, the loyalty program, database growth and other digital marketing related efforts. The primary goal for the Digital Marketing Manager is to execute and manage programs and initiatives that drive revenues, minimize expenses and protect the brand. The below responsibilities are related to all organizational brands including The Heights District, Armature Works and BE-1 Concepts. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following (in order of importance):
  • Oversee all email marketing efforts including, but not limited to, loyalty member communication, newsletters, pre-sales, offers, automation campaigns within the email marketing cms
  • Manage, budget and implement digital and social advertising campaigns, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), display retargeting, mobile advertising, video pre-roll, digital radio, etc.
  • Oversee all text message (SMS) marketing and database growth efforts
  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact with email and sms partners
  • Coordinate efforts with Marketing Manager, Digital Media Manager and Social Media Manager in implementing strategies to grow and maintain all marketing databases
  • Investigate and implement innovative digital projects as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer such as Mobile Apps, Virtual Reality, Customer Service Chat Bots, Artificial Intelligence, etc.
  • Provide general office task assistance, including but not limited to, the creation of necessary calendars, recaps, reports, spreadsheets, creative requests, PTU’s, SOPs and purchase orders
  • Participate in the brainstorming sessions while providing leadership and guidance
  • Represent the organization professionally at all times
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years digital and/or social media marketing experience
  • Prior restaurant, hospitality, sports, live events and/or venue experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of SEM/SEO, display & social advertising, digital radio, video pre-roll, etc.
  • Working knowledge in HTML
  • Working knowledge of different website and email CMS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented environments
