The Bar Method Studio and Armature Works have teamed up to present a high intensity, low impact full body workout focused on toning and lengthening your muscles.

The newest fitness class in our programming schedule will be held in the Social Room and is free to attend. Developed with physical therapists, The Bar Method is transformational, and can help you achieve your specific fitness goals, whether you’re looking for strength training, increased flexibility, weight loss, or increased tone.

Space is limited and this class is first come, first serve. Please bring a yoga mat, a reusable water bottle, and arrive early to ensure entry.
