The Pure Barre Tampa Studio and Armature Works have teamed up to present a high intensity, low impact full body workout focused on toning and lengthening your muscles.
Class will be held on our West Lawn and is free to attend. Taught by highly-trained teachers, Pure Barre features four group class formats that deliver an effective total body workout focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles and improve strength, agility and flexibility for every body.
Please bring a yoga mat, a reusable water bottle, and arrive early to ensure entry.
