Reginald Beck of Fearless Bread, will be teaching you to mix, shape, and bake your very own focaccia bread from scratch. You will learn bread baking basics as well as troubleshooting common problems many bakers encounter.
You will pair the bread with savory chunky marinara scratch made from San Marzano tomatoes. Next, you will assemble delicious chicken Caprese appetizers with fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic reduction, and olive oil.
Class will end with a delicious Zuccotto for dessert!
The cost is $40.00/per person and the class size will be limited to 12 students. Class location will on the Armature Works grounds at the new Show + Tell room.
