The Bar Method Studio and Armature Works have teamed up to present a high intensity, low impact full body workout focused on toning and lengthening your muscles.

Class will be held on our West Lawn and is free to attend. Developed with physical therapists, The Bar Method is transformational, and can help you achieve your specific fitness goals, whether you’re looking for strength training, increased flexibility, weight loss, or increased tone.

Please bring a yoga mat, a reusable water bottle, and arrive early to ensure entry.
