Bay 3 Concierge

The Concierge plays a key role in the success of Bay 3. He or she must have a friendly,
positive attitude while fulfilling all daily responsibilities that ensure Bay 3 always meets and
exceeds members’ service expectations.


Daily functions to include mail sorting and delivery, scheduling tours for prospective
members, working with the maintenance team to insure the facilities are cleaned properly
and restocked. Guide members through usage of office amenities, for example, the
printers/copier, connecting to WIFI, setting up mail boxes and / or lockers.


Additional responsibilities include managing meeting rooms to insure they are set and ready
for the days reservations. Assisting members through set up of any audio and visual needs
and supporting them with catering orders from Heights Public Market Vendors.
Most importantly be available to members for all questions and concerns.
