Love Oregon Pinot Noir? Please join Cru Cellars and Master of Wine Mollie Battenhouse in a guided tasting through Oregon’s diverse terroirs, from Yamhill-Carlton to Eola-Amity. We’ve assembled a fantastic collection of six Pinot Noirs to help elucidate what makes Oregon such a special place to grow Pinot. This a rare opportunity to taste with and learn from a Master of Wine in a small-classroom format.
We are very excited for you to meet Mollie, one of just a handful of female Masters of Wine in the world. To call Mollie knowledgeable and a highly skilled teacher is an understatement – Mollie has worked in the wine business for over 15 years, and her passion is education! Mollie is currently the National Director of Education for Jackson Family Wines.
On a personal note, Mollie played an instrumental role in Wine Director Zach Groseclose’s career in wine. Mollie was the head sommelier at Tribeca Grill (legendary wine program in New York City) while Zach was a captain, many moons ago. Weekly education classes, constant tastings & long hours working together in the cellar sparked what became his life-long passion and career.
Please do not miss this opportunity to sample some delicious Oregon Pinots and taste with a true Master!
